Got a random call on my phone from a Hutchison 3G number on the 8th of September 2023, just before 11 in the morning. What's weird is every time it's a different number ringing me. They never bother to leave anything on my voicemail either, which usually makes me think it's some kind of scam or spam call. Really annoying!

I got a ring from this number today, a woman named Emily was on the other end. She was asking for my other half, who wasn’t home at the time. She claimed to be calling from a debt recovery firm regarding some maintenance fees owed to Hilton Vacations. Total nonsense, we’re not in debt to anyone. She mentioned she’d call back in an hour. If she does, I’m ready with a bit of a surprise.

They kept ringing even after I made it obvious, the first couple of times I picked up, that we weren’t interested in their spiel. Both times the calls came through while I was trying to cope with my husband’s serious health issues, and honestly, the person on the other end was almost pushy. They tried to frighten us with some made-up story, which I later looked into and found was complete rubbish. We’ve decided not to pick up any calls from this number or anything that looks like it.

I just got a call from this bloke, real pushy, telling me to grab a pen and write down a number ‘cause I apparently hadn’t paid for timeshare maintenance.
