Got two missed calls from this number earlier, so I rang back to see who it was. But all I got were some beeps and no answer, so I guess it’s one of those virtual UK mobiles or something like that.

Cold callers would probably waste their time if nobody paid attention to them. The truth is, since some folks do answer, these calls are likely to carry on. I myself don’t entertain any of these calls, and whenever a business rings or sends me junk mail without asking, I make a point of avoiding them completely. I’ve done that more than once and always stick to it.

Got a call from an Asian bloke who was asking me to confirm my name and started firing off questions about my home. Seriously, who in their right mind calls asking random household stuff in barely understandable English? I politely said no thanks and ended up blocking yet another lot of scammers. The number of these calls just keeps growing!

Twice now they’ve rung me up, speaking English that sounded really rough. Kept popping questions where you’re meant to say yes. Honestly, feels like a total scam to me.

I got a call from someone whose English was pretty choppy, asking me to verify my name. I said no, and right after that, they just ended the call. I’ve blocked the number now.

Caller ID showed an international number, so it defo isn’t a mobile. No message was left either, seems like it could be just a scam call.

Got a call from someone selling stuff, and they already had my postcode and house number. Kinda freaked me out how much info they had before I even said a word!

This number keeps ringing me every night. Usually, it's just quiet when I answer, but tonight was different. Some guy with an Asian accent picked up and kept asking if I was Mr or Mrs. I told him Mrs, but he kept switching between asking for Mr or Mrs again and again. After a few rounds of this, I just hung up.
