Got a call about Greener Homes and ended up getting called an absolute weirdo after I said no to their question about windows being over 20 years old. Told them mine were only about 4 years old. Then the bloke claimed he had spoken to the homeowner a few weeks back, which can’t be right as it’s not my mum’s number. I stuck around on the call just for him to abruptly hang up on me. Proper unprofessional stuff, especially considering he should’ve been dealing with my mum, who’s in her late 60s. Shows no respect for himself, his family, or even the company he’s working for.
