07723 538644 So, this number rang me up about some PPI claim. They started by asking for my address and postcode, but I just refused. Then they went on to ask for my National Insurance number, which I told them I couldn’t remember. They insisted I find it because apparently they couldn’t proceed without it. I said it would take me a few days to dig out a letter with the info. The person on the other end didn’t seem too pleased, but I’m not about to share my bank details or NI number with strangers, no matter how legit they sound.

I didn’t pick up since the number wasn’t familiar. They didn’t bother to leave any voicemail. Definitely seems like another dodgy scam.

Wyndan is a PPI claim firm that’s super persistent. They just keep texting you and don’t seem to accept being told to stop, even after you unsubscribe. Honestly, it feels pretty harassing.

I received a rather persistent phone call from someone claiming to be with Wyndan, a company that has been bombarding me for the past week across my mobile, home phone, and via email. During the call, he probed whether I'd been working from home in the past four years, presumably to discuss tax rebates or something similar. Then he inquired about whether I'd ever claimed PPI. I made it clear that I had requested they cease their communications, but he was adamant that I’d encouraged them to reach out. Quite the contrary! When I stated I had lodged a complaint with the Telephone Preference Service, he abruptly cut the line. I've also escalated the matter to the Information Commissioner regarding their unsolicited emails and texts.
