Got a call from a bloke called ‘Adam’ at ECO about a free check for our roof insulation, saying our certificate had run out and needed updating. I told him I wasn’t bothered. Feels like one of those dodgy calls where they do a ‘free’ survey and then try to sell you expensive repairs. Probably best to avoid.
