This number, 07722 724253, has called me a couple of times over the past few months. Since the caller ID was hidden, I mostly just let it ring out. But on 14 April 2021, I picked up and all I heard was some robotic voice saying “Goodbye.” Honestly, it felt pretty creepy and I kind of regret answering, like I might have just encouraged them. I’ve put the number on block now and fingers crossed it doesn’t call again. If it does, I’ll be sure to let you know what happens next.
