Feel free to reply positively to this message. To opt out, text 'quit'." Two issues here: first, we've never been in an accident, and second, I've already replied with 'STOP'. It's quite infuriating, and I'm tempted to respond in a rather ungracious manner. However, I have a sneaking suspicion that this is all linked to some kind of automated service. Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on who might be behind this?

I’ve received a couple of texts stating: “Our records show you could be owed xxxx pounds due to an accident. To claim at no cost, just reply with YES. To unsubscribe, text STOP.” Here’s the issue: 1. I've never been involved in an accident. 2. I already sent a STOP message ages ago. It's quite tempting to fire back with something cheeky, but I suspect it’s linked to an automated system. Has anyone else had this or know who’s behind it?
