Got a really unpleasant call about some accident I supposedly had. The person wouldn't say what company they were from, even though I recorded the whole conversation. Proper rude about it too.

this number kept ringing me loads, so ı finally picked up and put the call on mute just to try figure out who it was. the guy sounded really polite at first, asking "is joanne there please? hello, joanne?" but then suddenly outta nowhere he goes, "why the heck are you brushing me off??" really caught me off guard.

Got a call from someone doing a survey, but he called me by a name I’ve never heard before. I told him he must have the wrong person, but he just kept saying I was right. Then he mumbled a bit and abruptly ended the call.
