There’s these accident claim scammers ringing up all the time. Just hit 5 and let them call you back, then keep them on the line talking about some made-up crash. It annoys them so much they usually hang up when they figure out you’re messing about. Plus, it costs them cash if you keep them busy with your story. Takes a bit of practice to keep your tale believable, but it’s worth a try and you’ll get better at it.

I just ignored the call. After a few seconds, there was this automated voice telling me to press 5 or 9 if I wanted to stop getting calls from them.

Got a call from some telemarketing lot tryin to get me to claim compensation, then they told me to press 9 if I didn’t want to hear from them again. Quite suspicious really.
