Got a voicemail from this number, a woman with an accent that sounded African British, asking me to add her on WhatsApp. I called back twice, the first time about three minutes after the message, but it just went straight to EE voicemail. I left a message asking who she was and why she wanted to connect, but never got any reply. Because of that, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number. Seen quite a few numbers like this trying the same thing recently - they’re all blocked now.
