Today, 2nd January 2025, at about 09:22, this number rang our phone. A bloke with a foreign-sounding accent said he was from BT, telling us there was a problem with our internet - sounded like one of those scam calls. My missus picked up, but since we’re on the TPS list, she just ended the call straight away. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now. Proper annoying and a total waste of time!

I wasn’t home when this number tried ringing me. They left a voicemail that was just them saying “hello...hello...” a couple of times before hanging up.

Got a call around the same time as the last comment mentioned, but it never made it past my 'Call Guardian' setup, which immediately set off alarms for me! I've blocked the number now - definitely one to watch out for!

I couldn’t pick up at the time, but honestly, a lot of the calls from numbers I don’t recognise turn out to be scams.
