Got a call from someone saying they were with my nearest Bank of Scotland branch, but it was a total scam. This is the third dodgy call I’ve had to report to the local branch today - just ignore them!

I got a call from a person saying they were from the Bank of Scotland but then suddenly switched to saying RBS. They tried to tell me I had to pick up a bank card that supposedly had my photo on it. It all felt dodgy to me, and once I told them I wasn't actually a customer, they just hung up straight away.
