Got a call from someone saying they were from UK financial support. The bloke called Michael, sounded like he had an accent, maybe South Asian? Wasn't very polite at all. Then he wanted to talk to his manager. After that, a guy from London, a black man, came on and was just as rude, swearing non-stop. Proper unpleasant experience.
