I picked up and there was a good few seconds of silence before the guy spoke. He sounded obviously Indian or somewhere in Asia and said his name was Steve from Virgin's tech support about my internet speed. I told him I don't have Virgin at all, which made him shut up straight away and then the call just dropped. Doesn't feel like a sales call to me, more like a scam.
