So this bloke, pretending to be from Amazon Prime, rang me up saying someone tried to get into my account loads of times. He told me to press 1 if I wanted to keep it safe. He spoke with an Indian accent. When I asked him to just send the confirmation through email, he said he couldn't do that 'cause of security stuff. Total dodgy call if you ask me.

Got a voicemail from a woman speaking with an American accent saying that Amazon is going to charge me £39.99! It told me to press 1 if I wanted to stop the payment. I didn’t press anything because it felt fishy, and I don’t even have an Amazon Prime subscription. Definitely a scam, I'd say.

Got a robo call saying it was from Amazon Prime, telling me they’d take £39.99 from my bank if I didn’t press one to chat and cancel. Total scam - I’ve blocked the number right away.
