My partner's sister got a call from 07720214687 recently. The bloke on the line said he was coming to fix a drain at some council-run elderly housing. He gave the name Mr Perfect but wouldn’t say who’d actually asked him to come. My partner’s sister’s number is ex-directory and withheld, and the call came through past 6pm late in the evening in Croydon, London. It doesn’t sound legit at all, seeing as Croydon Council uses a contractor called Axis for repairs. Just a heads up to watch out for this number!
