Just like someone else mentioned, I got a message saying it was from EE about some points that were going to expire soon and telling me to follow one of two links. Seemed pretty fishy to me so I didn’t click and instead came here to see if it was legit.

Over the last couple of days, I've been getting loads of texts pretending to be from EE saying my points will run out soon and telling me to click on a link. They’re also coming from other numbers like these: 07355 483718, 07840 151863 and 07719 869875. Just a heads up, don’t tap those links - it’s definitely dodgy!

Got a message saying it was from EE but it’s definitely a scam. Some dodgy link inside, so obviously I didn’t click it. Watch out for these kinds of fake texts pretending to be from your provider!
