Got this ridiculous call today from someone claiming to be O2. They said they were sending me an email with a link to update my password, then actually read out loud the new password I "set" during the call. Didn’t even catch on when I told them I’d changed it to something like ‘Areyouseriousiamnottakenin?’. After a bit of back and forth, they ended up swearing and babbling about some “prize hamper with a #### in it” or something. Proper muppets. Could be dangerous for folks who aren’t so sharp though. Felt good to waste a good 20 minutes winding them up!
