A lady came on the line, said she was from Solutions UK and that I’d been picked for some kind of energy saving grant. She was really polite, quite an older woman actually. If I wasn’t so suspicious by nature, I might have actually fallen for it.

Got a call from some idiots asking for a person who probably hasn’t lived here in over three years. I told them halfway through the call that they’ve got the wrong place and then bam, they just hung up! Tried ringing them back to mess with their little scam, but all I got was silence. Proper frustrating!

Got a call from a bloke claiming his company was Solutions when I questioned him. I told him straight up that he was cold calling. When I asked for the CEO’s name, he just said he didn’t know. Tried to get their contact number and he said they never share that info. I then asked if I could speak to someone higher up who might know, and he connected me to a woman called Amy who repeated my request loud enough for me to hear. After that, the call just ended abruptly on their side.

These people just want to scam you out of your cash. Even though the government says they're tackling it, nothing's really changing. Best thing to do? Just hang up straight away.

I got a call saying my home was chosen to receive a grant for new windows but it was just a load of rubbish trying to sell me something. Even tho I told them my number is on the TPS list, the lady on the phone was really cheeky. She had this horrible tone and just snapped at me, saying I should contact the TPS myself, then she slammed the phone down. Proper rude!

came through a dodgy mobile number, looks like it came from some call centre. the woman who answered was asking for some person who doesn't even stay here. when i told her that, she went on to ask if i owned the house. our phone's on the TPS list so this has got to be illegal.

They keep pushing some kind of window scrappage deal, honestly just a hassle. Feels like they're just trying to squeeze cash out of you for something you'd rather not pay for. Proper irritating.
