Got a message saying "Dad save my new number" - bit fishy right from the start. Then they went on about moving to O2, which is odd because I’m already with O2 and handle my son's phone myself. Definitely a scam, so watch out for this trickster. They even asked me for some kind of "favour". I had a feeling it was a con well before that happened.
