this is totally a scam pretending to be hmrc. if you check their official site, it says they don’t contact people by txt or email about any refunds. lots of these scams have been caught and shut down, but looks like this one slipped through the cracks.

They told me to fill out some online form to get my refund, not sure if its legit tho.
