I got told about this when I raised concerns with my MP about how many scam calls I kept getting. The fraudsters really want this kept quiet. If you just ignore these scams and don’t report them properly, don’t expect anything to change. Sure, you can report to 7726, your network provider, Ofcom or any company the scammers pretend to be, but these usually don’t get passed on to police for serious investigation.
