I’ve been getting these annoying calls too, like up to 8 times daily. Can’t even ring back. Someone really needs to put an end to this. Seems like the caller might have some mental issues cause it’s just not right behaviour at all.

Got a couple of calls from someone sounding Indian, answered both and then noticed four missed calls too. I’ve blocked the number now. They said they were from the Citizens Advice Bureau mentioning some unsecured debt I supposedly owe, which is complete rubbish. Really frustrating and could cause real problems for folks who are struggling with money. Best to just block them.

Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me this morning. I asked twice who was calling, and thinking he hadn’t got it, I spoke slowly. The cheeky git then spoke slowly too and asked for me by name, but he couldn’t even say it right! Then he told me to f*** off and hung up. This was at 7am on a bank holiday! These Indian callers just don’t care - I’ve even got calls from them on Christmas Day before. I wonder how they’d feel if we rang them on their religious festivals?

Just got a call for my mum claiming they were from some debt finance place. When she said she’s got terminal cancer, the bloke started calling her a “lying f##king p###” and said she was making it up. Proper nasty people.

Couldn’t really understand the name, their English was terrible. They said they were from Citizens Advice and told me I had unpaid debts, which is why they phoned me from a mobile. Total rubbish, don’t trust it.

picked up this number and the bloke wanted to talk to me, but said my name all wrong. it was a random mobile number i didnt recognise so i thought it was a scam from the get go. i didn’t say yes or no if it was me, just asked who was calling. he got all riled up and told me to "F##k off" then hung up. total little kid annoyed that people ain't buying his obvious scam attempt.

Got a call saying I owed debts and asked for details. Told them I didn’t owe anything and then got abused with every curse word going (b**ch, w***e). They made me repeat some word they claimed was a name for God in Indian. When I reacted, they threatened me with disgusting & horrible sexual stuff!!! I told them if I ever caught them, they wouldn’t be thinking about sex ever again ‘cause they’d have nothing left to use. Of course, they’re blocked now. How come there’s nowhere to report these numbers and get these creeps busted???

I added this number to my contacts after looking it up here and named it 'Go Away'. Now when it rings, I pick up and just keep telling them to piss off till they hang up. I’ll keep doing that until I get fed up, then I’ll block it. Also, sometimes I take notes on what they say and next time I get a call from them, I answer and repeat exactly what they said to confuse them.

This was definitely a phishing attempt. They said they were from the financial conduct authority but when I questioned them, they just swore at me and hung up. Blocked straight away.

I asked what business they had calling me and he said I owed money on credit cards. I told him I didn’t and told him to never call again, then he started yelling and being rude. I picked up once, and the bloke said he was from a debt service, I just laughed, and then he said “you’ve been naughty” - really strange! They’ve just called again!
