Got a WhatsApp text about some issue a company is handling, but it was clearly someone pretending to be from that company. When I asked for more info, they couldn’t provide any and just ended up sounding fake and full of lies.

i got a call from a bloke with an indian accent claiming my pc got hacked and he needed to control it remotely to sort out the “hackers”. the call sounded like it was from some busy call centre, loads of background noise. when i asked him loads of questions, he started getting really rude. so i just told him to buzz off.

I got a call from this mobile number, and when I answered, a guy with an Indian accent said something about my computer. I was a bit blunt and asked him why he's calling me about it, and then he just ended the call immediately. I've put this number on my block list now.

Got a few calls from this number and you can tell it’s a call centre from all the background noise. They were claiming my computer had some kind of virus. When I asked a few questions, the bloke got really rude and just slammed the phone down. Proper annoying twat.

Got a call from someone claiming my computer had a virus. When I questioned him, he started swearing in an Indian accent and told me the police couldn't do anything about it.
