I tried to quiz the person on the phone but she couldn't give me any answers, so I ended up just hanging up. The lady on the line sounded like she was from Liverpool and was pretty cheeky, not at all polite.

Got a call today where they asked about my crash, which seemed odd as they already had loads of info about the drivers and everything. They kept pushing me to hand over my NINO, which made me quite suspicious.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the "legal expenses authority" about my accident on the 28th. The woman on the phone was a bit sharp, sounded like she had a Scouse accent. When I said I’d never come across them before and suggested they write to me instead, she ended with something like, "I hope you enjoy your calls," which felt a bit like a warning. Quite off-putting, really.

Over the past few weeks, I've had a few calls from this number about some accident they claimed I was part of. As soon as I began asking who they really were and what proof they had, the person on the other end just stopped talking. I've since blocked the number, no more calls from them.
