Gemma says she can, but honestly from what I see, she can't. If she's really the press officer, why would she put "I can" instead of her job title? When I had to leave a message from my work phone, I always gave my full name, role, and company info. This Gemma seems totally clueless and doesn't really know what she's doing.

So, 07718 244811 is supposedly the Cygnet press or media contact, but Emma who answered never told me what her role actually is.
