Got a dodgy call from some automated lady telling me there’s been suspicious charges on my bank. She mentioned payments of £199 from Amazon and £899 from Zhu, then asked me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to speak with security. I just hung up straight away - total scam. This exact recorded message has popped up on my phone at least six times over recent months, but from different numbers like 07424022709, 07424034110 and 07847429367. It’s baffling why the phone companies haven’t sorted these scams out yet!
