Tried to return their calls since we're absolutely fed up with these incessant nuisances (and mind you, I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service). Yet, when I dialled the number, it turns out it was invalid. Does anyone know how to put an end to these relentless calls?

I'm absolutely fed up with this nonsense! Just received yet another message from the BT SMS service at 08456021111. The latest number popping up is 0301, and I'm starting to suspect it’s those same annoying muppets again, especially since I've been inundated with these. What a total nuisance!

We recently phoned "BT", selected option 1, and were greeted by a persistent representative promoting a debt consolidation service. I’m keen to find out how to put an end to this.

I received a message from the BT service. It instructed me to press 1 to listen to my call and carried on by using my own name. It then started talking about consolidating departments as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s soon followed by a text message with the same info.
