Be careful, this feels like a really risky scam. A lady named Mrs F Evans turned up at my house twice with a letter claiming I owed money to HMRC. After I contacted the actual HMRC, they told me to ring 101 whenever someone like her comes by. They also advised me to report everything to Action Fraud. If anyone else has been visited by her, I strongly recommend you get in touch with the police straight away!
