Someone called me saying they were Rachel from Amazon, claiming there was a strange purchase of £499 on my account. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to talk about it or 2 for other options. I just ended the call and looked at my Amazon account, but I couldn't see any suspicious orders. Pretty sure it was a scam trying to get me to ring a fake Prime customer service number.
