I picked up the phone and the person said something like “this is human resources from indeed.com, send me your whatsapp number,” then they just cut me off straight away. The voice sounded like a real person but super flat and boring. The whole call was over in about 7 seconds.

I got a call from an Indian guy who insisted I should send my benefits to him because, in his opinion, folks who don’t have jobs don’t deserve any support - he reckoned most of them are just lazy. It’s crazy that people like that can try to trick vulnerable individuals like this. Really don’t get how this kind of scam is even allowed.
