The person always says something like "Hello, this is BT Broadband, why haven’t you sorted your diesel emissions refund, (uses my name)?" I told them straight up it sounds like a scam. They insisted it wasn’t. Then I asked why they’d been ringing me from at least 17 different numbers that I’ve had to block. After that, they just hung up.
