Absolute con artists! They keep going on about you winning loads of cash, but it’s all a load of rubbish. They’ll ask you to send over money for “fees” and then you won’t see a penny back. It’s mad how some folks fall for this. And those people bragging about winning? They’re in on it, trying to trick you into believing the scam. It’s one of the sneakiest ones I’ve come across, trying so hard to look legit. I mean, would a proper lottery franchise really send emails from a Gmail account? I messaged back saying I’d told the police and now they’ve blocked me!

You really should let the police know about both the number and what happened. Just search for 'action fraud', find the 'police.uk' website, and head over to their 'reporting' part. There's no need to create an account or anything. The sad truth is, these scammers keep getting away because hardly anyone reports their attempts. The police haven’t got a clue how widespread or what kind of scams are out there. So do your bit and report every single one you come across. It really doesn’t take longer than posting here.
