Somebody claimed it was the government. I didn’t click the link because it seemed dodgy. It said something about a winter heating payment since the UK is going through severe cold, and that they’re giving out subsidies to help with heating bills. They said it’s for everyone who’s a UK citizen and that you just have to update your details via the link for them to look into it. Felt a bit off, so I just ignored it.
