I got a message claiming the DVLA had been trying to get hold of me, with a link that looked like hitp:/tax-dise.gov.uk.dvla. It seemed pretty legit cos it mentioned the DVLA and tax discs, but tax discs aren’t a thing anymore, plus the link's format felt off since it’s got something before gov.uk. Pretty sure it’s a dodgy scam.

Same here, I just ignored the message. Looks like a total scam or something dodgy. Definitely block the number!

Got a text saying I had a refund for my car tax. It had a link which took me to what looked like a proper website, but then it asked for all my card info, even the 3 digit code on the back. They also wanted my national insurance number, driving licence, and mums maiden name. Definitely a scam but it was really believable.
