So I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT Openreach about my slow internet speed. They said my router was faulty and needed replacing plus a security update. When I asked for proof it was really them, the person rattled off my name, phone number and email. As soon as I mentioned the internet warns against scams, they suddenly went silent. Felt a bit sketchy to me!
