Got a call from a woman with a pretty thick Indian accent, claiming she was from BT. She said their engineers had noticed other people somehow using my internet. She asked me to get on my computer so she could show me these unauthorised users. I told her I wasn't near my computer right now. She asked why not and I just said I wasn’t able to. She then said they could ring me back in a few minutes, so I asked for a number to call them back on. But suddenly the call just cut off.
