Absolutely, that's spot on! I overheard some bloke from Liverpool going on about how our name popped up in something called the 'national accident database'-a real thing that I've never even heard of! The mention was so rushed that I completely missed the actual name of the company he was referencing.

Just stumbled upon a rather dubious accident helpline - what a total farce! Seems like a bunch of ambulance chasers trying to make a quick buck.

I received a call purporting to be from Liverpool Victoria Insurance, inquiring about any claims I might have lodged over the past three years. To verify, I phoned LV directly and chatted with their Fraud Detection Team. It turns out they don’t engage in cold calling for unrelated incidents and certainly wouldn’t ring anyone from a mobile line! The caller claimed to be Sophie and had what sounded like a Scouse accent. Strangely, I’ve also been bombarded with several attempts from this number, mostly just one ring before they hang up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
