5 yearsGot a voicemail saying my card was frozen and to press 1 to fix it. I did, then some guy with an Asian accent asked for my full name. I said, "You called me, you should already know that." He kept pushing for my address, birthday and all my cards. I said "Lloyds, Barclays, TSB, whatever." He had no clue which one was supposedly blocked. Then he insisted I had to give details for all accounts. I told him, "Listen mate, no bank ever calls asking for that stuff. They don’t all team up for one call.
