Somebody called me claiming to be from Call Prevention, saying I’d had a contract with them since 2017 and that I owed a last payment. When I refused to give them my card details, they suddenly said they’d offered me a discount before, but now I’d have to pay the full amount or face debt collectors. These people are relentless and clearly scammers, just trying to scare vulnerable folks. I even looked up their company online and found multiple warnings calling them out as fraudsters.
