Beware of the Energy Bill Support Scheme scam going round at the moment. I got a call claiming it was about helping with energy bills, but it was obviously a con trying to get my details. Don’t fall for it!

Don’t bother with this number, the phone providers already have the details and know who’s behind it. They really ought to sort out the scam calls, or maybe we should be pushing the phone companies to take responsibility for letting it happen.

Just ignore these scammers, they’re always hooking onto whatever’s trending right now. If you engage, they end up gathering loads more info on you since every tiny bit counts to them. What really gets me mad is how phone providers don’t do more to stop these dodgy calls. It’s ridiculous they’re allowed to keep doing it!
