I got a call from someone saying they were with EE, offering to lower my phone charges. They wanted to know my current bill, which EE should already have on file. I then pointed out that they were calling from a mobile number, which seemed odd because EE doesn’t usually do that. The guy snapped back saying “that’s not a mobile number, madam,” even though it definitely was. Then he just hung up straight away. I've put the number on my block list now.
