They kept calling me loads, saying they were from some insurance firm. Then they went and sent me a text that said, "you nasty cow, dont answer." Proper dodgy!

I got a call about some case not being closed, but as soon as I heard her coughing down the line and acting all rude, I just ended the call. Pretty sure it was a scam. Then she texts me calling me a slag and starts threatening me, saying she knows where I live and that she’ll come and sort me out. I couldn’t help but laugh, and I reckon my dog would be keen to say hi as well, but I do feel sorry for older or more vulnerable folks who might get scared by this.

Got a ring from this number earlier, some woman said she was from my insurance company’s legal department, checking up on a car accident. I was pretty sure it was dodgy, told her I hadn’t had any accident and that it felt off. She didn’t hang about after that and cut the call fast.

Got a call about some car, asking for a guy whose name isn’t even mine. They claimed they’d called him loads on this very number, which is rubbish because I’ve never had any chat with them. Then the woman on the end said she’d pass it onto the fraud department and just cut me off. If you get a call like this, don’t waste your time picking up, it’s clearly a dodgy scam.

Got a call from someone asking about our son, said he’d been in an accident. We told them he wasn’t here, they just hung up. Then they started texting, saying she’d been sleeping with him for half a year! Proper cheeky move.

loads of calls from numbers that look alike, all asking me about my accident stuff and why i haven't 'closed my claim' even though i supposedly got paid. i got no clue who these people are. every time i put the phone down, another number rings me. this morning they rangagain, and the moment i said "i don't know you and i'm not giving out any info," they just cut off. weirdly, they seem to be well informed about the accident details, which freaks me out a bit.
