When I picked up the phone, a voice told me there were two payments on my card, one supposedly from Amazon for £199. They then asked me to press 1 or 2 to verify if I had made those charges. Totally dodgy - I haven't made any transactions like that, especially not to Amazon. Pretty clear it's a scam.
