Got a text saying "HALIFAX ALERT A new device was registered on 30/01 at 17:34:36. If this isn’t you, check here: https://confirmdeviceregistration.com" at about 18:17 on 30/01. Didn’t even bother clicking the link since it screamed scam to me. For one thing, I don’t have an account with Halifax!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Lloyds Bank, said I'd added a new payee on the 1st Feb 2022 at 7:05pm. They told me if it wasn’t me to check out this link https://Lloyds.open-resolve-secure.com. Seemed dodgy to me.

Got a dodgy message claiming to be from Royal Mail about owing some fees. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

Got a text from someone saying they were Santander, telling me a gadget was linked to my account - problem is, I don’t even have a Santander account! They sent me a dodgy link that wasn’t theirs at all. Definitely a phishing scam, so I blocked it straight away!

Got a dodgy text from +447711915331, so I rang the number and just got the O2 voicemail. I then did the sensible thing and forwarded the suspicious message to 7726 to let O2 know about it.
