Of course, I didn’t press anything. No way I’m letting some stranger from a call centre poke around in my accounts or computer to "fix" something like that. Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.11 monthsI’m pretty sure this is a scam. They’ve rung me a couple of times, but my voicemail only picked up the end bit of the message. They mentioned something about my card (maybe AMEX, but I’m not certain) being involved in some dodgy transactions - £799 today and £500 the last time they called.
