I got a call from some NatWest number but it wasn’t from my usual branch, it was from the one on Oxford Road. They asked if I used their app, which was odd since I rarely do.

I got a call from a bloke claiming he was with NatWest on Portland Street in Manchester city centre. I asked him a few more questions and he kept pushing for me to come into the branch for some kind of ‘financial health check’. I politely said no thanks, but I reckon he might actually be from NatWest, just trying to upsell me something.

Got a call today around 2:17pm but didn’t pick up. Rang back and the voicemail said it was someone from Natwest Bank! Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
