Someone called saying they were Rebecca Griffiths from NatWest. What really freaked me out was that I do have an account with NatWest and she actually knew my name. But NatWest would never ring you up randomly from a personal phone to talk about your account. Definitely a scam, so watch out!

Someone called saying they were from Nat West in Gloucester, but the phone number they gave didn’t line up with what’s on the official website. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from someone saying they were from NatWest in Gloucester. It was a bit strange since they were calling from a mobile about some “annual finance review”. I’ve been with NatWest over 5 years and this kind of call has never come up before. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they just said goodbye and hung up. I don’t usually get calls from the bank anyway since I do everything online or via their app, so it felt a bit dodgy to me.

Someone called me claiming to be from NatWest, but I’m pretty sure it was a scam. They tried to get personal info, which seemed really dodgy. Definitely not a genuine call from the bank.

Got a call out of the blue claiming to be from NatWest financial services at the East Gate and St Oswald branches. Felt a bit dodgy to me. Definitely wasn’t expecting it at all.
