Looks like a classic Amazon scam to me. They somehow got into my Amazon account and kept throwing expensive stuff into my shopping cart. Then they told me to download some ‘customer app’ from the App Store. I’m pretty sure it was just a ploy to take over my phone and maybe get into my other accounts too.
