Got a call early this morning around 7.20am from a guy who said his name was Steve and that he worked for BT Openreach. He started off all friendly, asking how I was doing. When I told him I wasn’t too pleased to be woken up so early with a call like that, his reply made me seriously question if he’s had any training in customer service at all. Ended up telling him to jog on and ended the call.
